Whether you choose 1 on 1 or group sessions, we suggest a 6-week, with one-hour sessions each week, giving your loved ones plenty of time to practice and reinforce their new skills.

Our Sessions are 1 Hour Long. Travel is charged is included in our fee for Baldivis and 15 of the surrounding area.

We can deliver remotely if based in a rural regional location or feeling unwell.
Just like having our trainer sitting next to you and supporting you. they will be in our local office in Baldivis. We install a free program that enables the trainer to see your screen and provide the training over the phone.
