Download process (iOS)
In the App Store on your iPhone or iPad you can either search for ‘Secure VoIP’ or alternatively simply click on the link below (on your iOS device) and you will be taken to the App download page:

Logging in
When logging into the app for the first time, allowing certain permissions is vital to ensure that the functions of the app all work accordingly.
Log-in process (iOS)
- Upon opening app, select “Allow” for notifications, photo library, camera and contacts.
- Enter your phone number and password to log in.
- On the main dialer page, select the button in the bottom right corner with the three dots
- In the pop-ups following this, select the button with the phone on the left. This will make a test call to your voicemail to simulate a phone call.
- Select “Allow” for the microphone access
- All permissions should now be allowed, successfully logged in.
Log-in process (Android)
- Upon opening app, select “Allow” for notifications. If you do not allow notifications then we will not be able to ‘wake up’ the App for incoming phone calls.
- Enter your phone number and password to log in.
- On the main page, select the button in the bottom right corner with the three dots
- In the pop-ups following this, select the button with the phone on the left. This will make a test call to your voicemail to simulate a phone call.
- Microphone access may appear here depending on the device
- As you navigate to other parts of the App for the first time such as the Contacts screen you will be prompted for access to these items. Please ensure you always ‘Allow’ access to these settings for the functions of the app all work accordingly.

Attended transfers
An attended transfer (sometimes referred to as a consult transfer), is when you wish to speak with the person you intend to transfer a phone call to before performing the transfer. This is usually to check that the person is available to take the call prior to performing the transfer.
Attended transfer (to a number) process:
- When a call is in-progress, click on the settings icon in the bottom right corner
- Select “Start new call” and enter the number for the attended transfer
- Press the call button in the bottom left corner
- Speak with the person you wish to transfer the call to and confirm they are willing to accept the transfer. If they are not able to take the call then hang-up and switch back to the original call to continue the original conversation. Otherwise if the person is willing to accept the transfer then click the settings icon again in the bottom right corner.
- Select “Attended transfer” option and the call will be immediately transferred
- Attended transfer complete

Blind Transfers
Sometimes the calls you make or receive need to be directed to another party. Blind Transfers allow you to easily redirect your calls to another person. This can be done to one of your contacts or directly to any phone number.
Blind Transfer (to a phone number) process:
- When a call is in-progress, click on the settings icon in the bottom right corner
- Select the “Transfer call” option
- Input the phone number you want the call to be transferred to
- Press the green send button in the bottom left corner
- Transfer successful
